  • Most recently Carri Ginter was invited to train the Institution of Ombudsman (Chancellor of Justice) in Georgia as an expert of Council of Europe on property protection in European law and practice. In summer 2011, he was a guest lecturer at Georgetown summer university American Institute on Political and Economic Systems for more than 100 participants on the influence of legal reforms to legal practice. In spring 2011, he also conducted trainings on EU law for the European Commission in Luxembourg.

  • Carri Ginter has successfully litigated the largest individual damage claim against Estonia for violation of property rights of a bankrupt oil trading company, relying on national law and the European Convention on Human Rights
  • He has represented a former member of Australian diplomatic core in a damage claim against bailiffs for violation of property rights and abuse of enforcement proceedings, including argumentation based on national law and the European Convention on Human Rights
  • He has represented several clients regarding claims against passenger and cargo ships and an oil tanker
